Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

(1) RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

(2) RETURN PROCESS

  1. To return an item, please email customer service at cc@22lush.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or complete the online return form to get the RMA number if once a return has been approved.

  2. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address issued to you with the RMA Number.

(3) REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

(4) EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • We cannot accept liquid based products once their seals have been broken.

  • We cannot accept hardware returns with any sign of cosmetic or accidental damage, not reported on the date of delivery. This includes signs of tempering in attempts to repair the product.

  • We cannot accept products that show signs of cosmetic, careless handling or accidental damage, not reported on the date of delivery  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

(4.a) Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned with acception to faulty or missing items.   
  • Refunding Payments For instances in which we prove a refund for a faulty, returned or missing item, our first option would be to provide you with a gift voucher than can be redeemed online with your next order. Alternatively, we can provide a refund back to the original payment account. However, this can take up to 5 working days to deposit.

(5) WARRANTY

We provide a 90-day warranty for all electronical goods from the date of purchase. Our product warranty provides cover for mechanical and electrical breakdown, but will be limited to 90 days and will not cover cosmetic damage, general wear or accidental/liquid damage.

Your warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, misuse or accident.

If there is any visible outer damage or signs of dropping, then your warranty will be voided for those products.

If your product has exceeded our 90-day warranty, we would advise you  to contact the manufacturer directly as most electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

(6) MISSING ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS

If you have missing items in your order, we would highly recommend you to check your order once again and to check all corners of the packaging material used. Most times customers find the items believed to be missing after making this check again.

For any orders containing errors and/or shortages you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt.
